However, the skin most common minerals are:
- Zinc: For wounds, healing immune system has anti-inflammatory and protects against UV radiation.
- Silicon: Required for integrity of connective tissue, ligaments, tendon bone, skin, and hair. For skin it fills in wrinkles, fine line, and acne to increase thickness of skin. Prevent skin from becoming flabby and restores natural glow.
- Sulfur: Disinfects the blood, helping to resist infections. Protects against radiation and pollution. It slows down aging process. Helps to prevent acne. Might even prevent skin conditions such as acne, eczema, or psoriasis and fight bacteria.
- Copper: Works together with zinc and vitamin C to form elastin. It is needed for the formation of collagen. Is involved in the healing process of hair and skin pigment. It acts as antioxidant.
